not get the winning prize money
sir i Sureshchandra Dalal from Navi Mumbai maharashtra ; my story is like that :- i was a customer in ur company in last 5 yr. just before 4-months ago i was contacted by your bag it today office New Delhi Gurgao office - (mobile no; 8303316290 bagittoday group member) by saying that i have won 4 lakh 50 thousand so he advice to contact mr kuber negi at lucknow bag it today office ( Mobile No:08687271835) .. In tern it was clarified by him that I have to take Insurance for Rs. 25000/- for transation of money transfer. I have sent all details and they gave me DHFL Insurance policy of Rs. 25000/ for money transaction from bank. Policy No: 000341278 with clients id; PO00319799. After that they said that the verification will be carried out by Bank HDFC and they will send the Draft at your address. After few days again i was contacted saying that the winning amount has been increased from 4.5 lacs to 7,33 lacs and addition amount to be deposited.Well there was no communication for some time. I was told that Mr. Kuber Negi has been transfered and now case is being delt by Mr Bansal ( Mobile No: 8957708379) then after some time he contacted me by saying the Mr. Vijay Singh shall get in touch with you from Kotak Mahindra Bank Mobile No: 9044472730 and he will do the needful. He gave me a call and said that you have give Rs. 25000/- to get prepaird your draft. I told him that ok I will do it but tell me how to do it and as per instruction I did RTGS transfer of Rs 25000/-. he said that your draft will be ready and will be sent to you immediately.. I was waiting waiting and asking for POD and courier details but nothing has come to me till date . and i contacted mr. bansal- from bag it today office lucknow and he informed me that he will look into the problem and sort out the issue but nothing concreat going on all in vain and now every body has switched of their mobile and cannot contact them.
Request to examine the case and fix the person for doing all such thing in the brand name of BAG IT TODAY. It not only gives bad name to the organisation but spoils the reputation.
Please let me know the correct situation and whether i am going get the winning price or i have to forget the amount.
If so can i get my Rs. 25000/- back to me as i have spent Rs. 50000/- totally. Rs. 25000/- with DHFL & rS. 25000/- on money transfer. BAG IT TODAY must confirm to me about this.
