Sir/Madam,
After withdrawal of Rs.2,000/- from Axis Bank ATM (Debit Card of Axis Bank), a sum of Rs.20,000/- has been withdrawn by somebody after my withdrawal of Rs.2,000/-, on 28th August, 2017 (around 7.35 p.m.)

I have complained through Customer Care of Axis Bank vide No.1708068187 on the same day at 9.30 p.m. and subsequently a dispute form has been submitted to the Home Branch on Tuesday, 29th August, 2017. The Banker asked me to wait for some time and therefore no FIR have been lodged. I have sent e-mail to customer care of Axis Bank but no reply.

It is regretted to intimate that no positive response has been received by me till date.

Also refer ATM cheats reported in Times of India of 2nd September 2017. Also request that Guard should be deployed every ATM Center. Nowadays lot of fraud cases are hearing, hence it is afraid to withdrawal of money through ATM Card.
