Incompetent Lending officer

Re : Bank of Queensland.
Carlingford Branch In NSW.

I am writing you in regards to the above and would like to introduce you to a most incompetent lending officer Anna Maria who I understand is about 60 years old and surely does not know what she is doing, I have gathered that either she has no or very little experience. one of my friend applied for a home loan with Bank of Queensland about a month ago but received no response from the Carlingford Branch and when my friend rang Ana Maria recently her response to the client was not very professional or favourable. I am using my Democratic right of speech and would ask the area Manager to intervene and review the performance of Ana Maria. she had limited or no experience. I gathered that from my Friends experience with a Carlingford Branch in NSW absolute hopeless. Bank should employ young graduates who at least will have manners and will learn fast, deal professionally with clients. I encourage peoples not to deal with Bank of queensland Carlingford Branch. I know for fact that BOQ Make promises and not deliver. I wonder why branch Managers are leaving the bank.. My experience with Bank has revealed that BOQ does not care about their customers . I also strongly believe that Anna Maria Lending officer at Carlingford Branch must go as she is making clients very angry . I also encourage Bank queensland Customers to check very carefully their BOQ CREDIT card and HOME loan statements as this is not the Bank I can trust. any one who has an issue with this Bank please e mail me and I will name and shame them for you [email protected].

ana maria must learn her job or resign and give young one an opportunity. I will continue writing about this branch until such time an action is taken. I am here talking about the client I refered for the home loan is Mr moe lafolafo hise application has been sitting with ana maria who did nothing now saying bank will not approve it. I wonder why she did not told the client earlier on. because she is incompetent and inexperienced. I will ask the branch and area Manager to please investigate this matter and take appropriate action if necessary
