Payment

I already made a deal with collection to pay my debts wayback 2016 buy unfornately i missed out the last 2 remaining payments agreed upon because i was sick and hospitalized for 1 month and did not work again, and now collection is bothering me again, i don't have problem paying it but what happened to my previous payments then. It seems like it was never been deducted?
