Emergency room

I was last night with my son (5 years old) in the emergency room, because he was vomiting and diarrhea, to begin with, the emergency reception is a disaster, first they were talking to each other and they do not pay attention if they have a patient or not in front of them waiting to be attended, the work communication they have between them is horrible. I finish filling out the form they ask for, I give them my license and then my son begins to vomit and has diarrhea. I ask them where the bathroom is and they don't answer. Register, I'm back, I have to go to the bathroom, the bathroom is a disaster, blood all over the floor, I urinate, I don't even tell them. When I return, I ask for my license and the check-in license tells me that they don't have it and that they will never stay with no license, I start to tell her that yes, she should ask her partner and I show her who it is that she had kept my license, it turns out that her partner put the papers that she did not fill out with my license on her desk without notifying her, one nightmare only for check-in, After 20 minutes of waiting without any child waiting and mine vomiting and with diarrhea, they let me in. The nurses are really attentive and professional, they were the only ones who gave me adequate treatment in that hospital. because the other thing was that I asked the doctor if he was going to give the child a medication via IV, and he answered me "what do you think" literally, super inappropriate for a doctor and after that he didn't even talk to me to explain anything to me I was the one who asked the nurses, a real nightmare in that hospital, the hospital system is breaking down more and more, it is incredible, less and less adequate staff to deal with patients.

Emergency room

The staff definitely needs a lesson in showing empathy towards patients! On my recent ER visit, a patient fainted in the waiting room. The nurse at the front desk,took a sweet amount of time to get to the patient, even after being frantically alerted by other patients. ER wait time is insane, patients have to wait HOURS to see a doctor. Definently would not recommend.
