BARCLAYCARD MERCHANT SERVICE

WARNING!
BARCLAYCARD MERCHANT SERVICE BIG CHEATER YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR HARD EARN MONEY BACK.


We have started this contract with Barclays Card Merchant service, after taking all terms and condition. they are charging £50 per month additionally when we ask for the reason they said this is because of international card, when we ask for evidence they said they can not provide that means simple cheating and biggest fraud case and this is a bleach of contract, they will charge you account direct debit whatever they want without information and when you ask for explanation you will never have it.

We close the contract within first 30Days due to all above issues and we are not at all confident because the way they are doing fraud, they will finish soon,
My appeal to the Business community it is our hard earn money which Barclays Card Merchant service will take without a reason so you can deal with them at own your risk.

LL Bean card processing

To whom it may concern,

We own a restaurant in Maine
All is well but we are really having a problem with the chip reading of the LL Bean Card. It does not want to do it. LL Bean card is a Barclay product. This has been going on now for a good half year. LL Bean is a Maine company and lots of people carry it. Is there anything that Barclay can do to solve this problem?
It is quite embarrassing.
Please let me know what to do.

rude and unhelpful staff with no clues of what they are doing

Talking to Barclay Merchant sales team is good however once you are being transferred to a fraud department or collection team, you will find yourself being so frustrated that you just want to hang up on those so called advisers who are supposed to be assisting you.

Having contacted them a few times in the past with some issues with chargebacks, every single time, I talk to someone who has a very strong asian accent which I can not understand too well. Hence it is very frustrating, for both myself and for them, because they get frustrated for having to repeat their sentences.

Their complaint was that they could not get through to us after so many attempts by calling our phone number. After confirming the phone number. I had pointed out that the phone number they had been calling had a number missing, so instead of 11 numbers they had been dialing 10 numbers. I told them that if anyone who are resident in the UK would certainly know that the number they had in their system would be invalid.,This is an example of the downside of having a call centre abroad.

This very morning I called with a query, I was transferred to the collection team, then the collection team transferred me to the fraud department, after talking to the fraud department for 20 minutes, KAMALA DENU (a rude and terrible fraud department advisor) transferred me back to the collection team. Once spoken to the collection team, the guy tried to transfer me back to the fraud department...My issue has never been solved....

Who do I need to talk to with my issue??

Premium calls and incompetent staff

I too am having endless problems with Barclaycard after trying to cancel my agreement, dating back to 13th Sept when I cancelled it by recorded delivery to Payzone and being charged £225.00 in error by Barclaycard for a joining fee when management had not told the front line help desks that this was free with Payzone I did get it back eventually after £65.00 in premium rate phone calls and 7 weeks + later and they are still trying to charge me a £10.00 monthly free for an account I don't have and no terminal.
I've had enough.
