We will always try and resolve any unhappy customer and any valid complaint. We are happy to accomodate but we never heard back from what seems to be a youthful customer.

Being online since 1999, we value our reputation and respect the monies entrusted to us by all customers but do have problems of anyone simply saying that we did something wrong,valid or not.

Once resolved, are we forever linked to this? I certainly would hope not as it would certainly tarnish our brand forever... without any recourse from any anonymous source....I can only hope someone will care enough to do the right thing at your company.
