Saya telah membeli bagasi dari Kuala Lumpur ke Kuching iaitu 80 kg semasa booking flight dan pembayaran telah dibuat melalui online.
Pada 28 Mac 2018 pagi di Kaunter Air Asia KL Sental saya telah membuat tambahan untuk bagasi sebanyak 60 kg dan bayaran telah dibuat pada hari tersebut di tempat yang sama.
Semasa daftar masuk bagasi dari Kuala Lumpur ke Kuching bagasi yang telah saya bayar semasa booking online dibuat telah tiada dalam sistem booking flight saya iaitu 80 kg.
Dilampirkan disini butiran untuk tindakan tuan selanjutnya.
