It has been now we have used the ratings of the Central Virginia BBB and they referred us to 'A+' rated businesses and now twice we've ended up with faulty work or been ripped off.

The rating system is a crock and can't be trusted - Avoid using the Central Virginia BBB's referral system... simple as this - they just can't be trusted on the ratings.

Avoid this organization at all costs - unless you are looking to get ripped off by their 'A+ businesses'.
