The TV Ad definitely said that if you phone your order in today (was July 30, 2017, Sunday) they would give free upgrade to Deluxe Model. But Order Department said you had to pay extra for each item to be upgraded to Deluxe, and even offered to upgrade for more money to Pro Model. I should not have agreed to pay more for what was offered for free, and should have not ordered.

I called their Customer Service Department today, Tuesday, August 2, 2017, (to allow time for them to locate the order information, as they said, but the order was already shipped. They could not rectify the order and the only recourse offered was to refuse the shipment and when they get the product back they will credit my card back. THAT IS NOT SATISFACTORY, they charge your card and you wait until (maybe) they acknowledge they get it back. I did want to try the product, but according to what was advertised, NOT being hoodwinked into believing I have to pay more for what was offered free. BEWARE of False Advertising to bring in orders that they can't fulful.
