Billing for nonexistent service

Bell Canada has billed me for "data usage" on my mobile # (519)-318-xxxx for several months-- total unknown, but probably >$200.00.

Data-usage has been turned off on my cellphone FOREVER (I actually check it's off EVERY DAY) & the log of transmitted data shows ZERO BYTES.

Bell Canada is blatantly cheating me.

It's becoming CRIMINAL fraud past this point.

Hello
I am having trouble to have a telephone number that was put on my bill
this telephone number belongs to another telcos
I have spoken to a Bell Canada representative last week after 30 minutes of arguing with this person and also being told by the representative listen I have been on your call for 30 minutes well no doubt to stay I came very upset with this man and I also told him I did not care if my conversation was recorded and also told him I worked for Bell Canada for 30 years so client service comes first. Finally he realized that I had for awhile another telephone number from another person living in Gander Bay NL with the same name as mine all of her charges are being put on my bill. He stated a supervisor was going to call me someone name Holly call me back and agreed that my bill was really mixed up and by Monday October 23 2017 everything would be solved. I verified my profile today in the Bell Canada internet site and no changes. I called from my city 310-BELL and the woman was quite arrogant and told me that she could not help me and there was no information from my previous call written in my file;
therefore I have a 316.00 $ monthly bill to pay with charges from another person. If this problem is not solved I will send a e-mail to the President of Bell Canada. D. Collins

Bell Canada/Mobility Rip Off its Customer

Bell Canada/Mobility also charges its customers twice each month. Although there is no proof that you have extra usage, they just put the numbers on the bill. They never want to send the bill or statement, but always uses the customer service to call you and ask for the money. The customer service agents are people from India. They always double the charge every month. They also change your plan without you knowing it. When you ask the customer service people, they even accuse you as the person who make the changes to the plan. They just do anything to make money out of you. Notice that the chief executive or its executive members know nothing, so the customer service people create their own company. This customer service creates their own company while working as customer service agents. So, they are the one who doubles charge you. Don't bother paying the extra charge, because it goes to the customer service. They do it because the leaders do not oversee them. This supposed to be robot is becoming smart by double charging you continuously because many people do not know they do. Therefore, they avoid sending you the bill or statement. They just call you and tell you how much money you owe. It is deceitful! Write to the chief executive and let him know that their customer service is a "pirate."

billed twice for last month usage

On November 19th, 2015 I cancelled my last month's internet usage with Bell Canada after 10+ years of service. With Bell you are always billed a month ahead for services. I paid my last bill at the end of October which would have covered November's internet bill. After I cancelled my service I received a bill for November, again, even though it was already paid in October. Bell is now sending me daily statements and charging me $5/month for late payment fees. I told them that they were unfairly billing me twice, but they insist that I owe them this money. They told me I had no choice but to pay as there was no department to handle disputes. How does one deal with a company that is over-billing for a service that was already paid for?

Automatic Contract Renewal and then charge for Cancellation

Bell Canada rip off businessess with Automatic Contract renewal without a phone call (they simply put a sentence of upcoming renewal in the invoice and expect customers to read all wording on the bills). Then in the event of customer decide to change to diffrent carrier they charge large amount of contract cancellation fees. This unfair business practice must comes to an end.
