They sold me a lemon Mac. It immediately started acting weird upon opening. Within a few days things started failing. I took it in and they wouldn't do anything about it. So I had to take it to the top Mac specialists here. They said it was a lemon and everything was failing. They even called Apple and told them it was a lemon. Apple helped cover the first repair, but it didn't help when it had to keep going in for repair over and over.
Best Buy management were rude and basically said it was not their problem. Even though we took it back right away and tried again a few days later after finding out it was a lemon.
So I spent over a year making payments on a lemon Mac that fell apart bit by bit over a few months.

I am NOT knocking Mac computers, because they are awesome!!!! Would never get anything else. But I am knocking Best Buy because that is just horrible to do to customers.... especially when I bought the $200 coverage package. They never fixed a damn thing.
