I would like to shop in Best Buy but will never enter the store again. I have mobility issues and need an electric cart to shop. The store in Hurst TX has none. They have one wheel chair. I suggest the store manager use the wheel chair to shop and wait in line to return an item and see what a ridiculous situation handicap customers have to put up with. I will spend my money somewhere I am treated with dignity.
