i have purchased property from bid4assetts asked as many questions as possible about their screening of the sellers and the sellers of their properties selling. well i bought a property an this property was told to be move in ready free and clear title real estate code box on door with keys. so i bought the property i give up my place an greyhound it out there, well when i got there there was not real estate box with keys, there was liens on the property that the company clearly know of. and i had to live at the house and a motel as i renovated property. this property seemed to be worth fixing up but it was sold to as that in description. so i go back home travel back and forth, the property inresult for the professinal malpractice of not completely being honest about the property cost me and the city of springfield a significant amount of money. over a $35,000 loss so if you have had problems with bid4 assetts of them not thoroughly screen their clients sells then please get hold of me as we will pursue a class action lawsuit
