We were called by the Brian N. who is a salesman for the company. He was pushing a low quality inferior overpriced sockets (not known until received) along with 6 promotional items worth $209.00 that were deemed as free for being one of his previous preferred customer. We sent the sockets back to them and then we get a call from their customer service demanding the payment for the promotional items. It was explained that the promotional items were not free but a combo deal with the socket purchased. We sent back all the items and they provided the UPS shipping label. I will never conduct business with this company again and would strongly advise anyone with the same advice.

I have been nothing but harassed by big state calling with there high pressure sale man to collections. I have been spoofed by this company and cursed at me calling me names. There product are bad and there if you tell them the truth they get really mad and call you terrible names. check out what the bbb say's about this company.
