Items Missing On Wheels!

I won the Silver Koi Fish off, the grand wheels in the Lucky Lotus slot room # 43096. I keep encountering the same issues within the game. I have contacted Customer support & I'm told "I did not win the collection card or try refreshing the game. I'm so frustrated and ready to delete this game. My problem has been ongoing and nothing gets fixed. 😡🤦‍♀️🤷‍♂️🤬
