We got a year subscription and paid for it, but the solution didn’t work for us and we did not even long in our account for six months or so, they did not send us a notice to renew or an invoice, they only sent an statement by email and we immediately wrote to them to cancel which they said is too late to cancel because of terms and condition. If you system is so good why are you entrapping people like this, is not ethical.

I placed an order for information supply from BIP Solutions about a year ago, they were paid at the time, but they are still taking money out of my business account without my permission. It's virtually impossible to get to speak to anyone with responsibility there, and all other forms of communication, emails, letters etc are ignored.
The information and contacts they provided were useless by the way.

BIPSolutions - signed up for 12 months. Their service did not work for us, so we cancelled at the end of the first year. Now we are told that we have to pay another full year because we hadn't cancelled within the specified time frame in the small print.

I have asked for them to cancel, but they are insisting that we pay. This is at the very least sharp practice and at worst fraud as it appears that they are catching many many businesses with this small print. It appears to be so widespread that they are deliberately setting out to entrap people into a contract that is not required.
