In September I signed up for a 1 month subscription and immediately found and clicked on the button to eliminate the recurring membership fee. ( I only wanted to try it for 1 month) I was billed for an additional month a few days ago. I called BPM customer service who told me that I never requested the recurring fee be eliminated, then she said she it was eliminated but I physically went back on the site a reestablished my membership. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company who credited the charge from my account.
