I have been trying to cancel my subscription but BPM does not provide a link to do so. When I tried to cancel from the app, I was directed to the website. There is no place to cancel from the website. I will be going to my bank today to stop any further withdrawals from my account. This is ridiculous. There is no problem canceling subscriptions from other sites like Christian People Meet or Match. If this is the only way they can make money then that is pathetic: BPM is of very poor quality and THEY KNOW that there is no link for cancellation. Let’s boycott this site because it needs to be shut down.

I joined Black People Meet in March 2015. I signed up for three months and specifically decline automatic charges. At the end of May, I tried to contact them to remove my account but there is no contact information on the site. So I block my account, hoping that this will stop my membership. Low and behold, I check my credit card and I was charged for June. I contact my credit card company to block future charges. They gave a contact number for this site and I will follow up with a call.

From what I have been reading, this has been going on for some time. What are you doing about it?
