My name is Sharleen Johnson I took a Blackview A80 phone on contract for my son with Blue Lable Connect in October the phone was delivered to me on the 04/10/2021 @14:02. The phone is now not charging it will charge for a while then just go dead i would like to know if i can take the phone to any Cell c shop to have it checked or changed, i do have insurance on the phone. I have been trying to contact Blue Lable Connect but they will not answer my calls please can you advise me or assist me please .

Hi, I took a Blackview phone on contract on the 04/10/2021 for my son for the past 3 weeks it has been give him problems with charging as it will not charge in stead the is being drained by the charger i am not sure if its the charger or the charging point that is the problem i have bern trying to contact customer care line but there is no answer instead its like they are cutting my call please can someone advise or assist me please.I would like to know where can i take it in for a service or exchange please.
