I sent 2 gift boxes to my Aunt in Australia who is 97 yrs and upgraded the Chocolate option ...they sent a Photo of goods and there was not a box of Chocolates in site of either gift box there was bars of chocolate a complete Rip off my order numbers are........01845783.......1844185...ordered 21/11 delivered 22/12
I cant send photos as they were a gift and ime not very relaying on photo sent to me but Order wasnt what I ordered.

I am in the UK and ordered a cream and pale yellow sympathy bouquet with full size sympathy card via Bloomex Australia to be sent to a relative in Australia.I was shocked that a smaller, much cheaper looking bunch of bright yellow flowers was sent, that in no way resembled the flowers I had ordered . Bright yellow is not an appropriate colour for sympathy flowers

The full size sympthy card I had paid them for was missing. Bloomex told me that the correct order would be resent if I sent them a photo. I did so, but they ignored it. When I contacted them again, they said that they had placed a credit note for me in their system.


Repeated attempts to use the store credit have failed, each time they have told me that it was working in their system. I have come to realise that the supposed 'store credit ' does not actually exist but is a ruse to fob me off.

Bloomex ignore me each time I ask for a refund on my order.
