Delivery

I purchased a sofa September 11, 2022, from Bob's Discount Furniture. The delivery was to take place October 29, 2022 between 7am and 10 am. I was ready to receive delivery at 7am. The truck arrived to the front of my residence which is a busy main street. I asked the delivery driver to please pull around to the back of the residence to make the delivery. The driver said no. This is not my first delivery from Bob's and the previous delivery was smooth. I called customer service and was assured that the driver would pull around to the rear to make the delivery. The driver left! Yes, he pull off and left refusing to deliver my sofa. I called customer service again and they attempted to get the driver to come back, he refused. I am dissatisfied with waiting patiently for furniture and having a problem with the delivery driver. No apologies were extended for my troubles today. I was forced to cancel my order with Bob's Discount Furniture. Completely dissatisfied customer.

Delivery

I purchased a sofa from Bob's Discount Furniture September 11, 2022. The furniture was set for delivery October 20th, between 7am-10am. I was up early and ready for my threshold delivery. I live on a main street and asked the delivery person to deliver to my back door. The delivery person said no. I advised him that I am fine with a threshhold delivery, but it must be to the rear of my residence. I have had a delivery before from Bob's and there was no trouble. I called customer service and was informed that the driver would pull around to the back to make the delivery. The driver left! Yes, the driver left and refused to come back. I called a second time to customer service to voice my dissatisfaction. A received a call back and was advised again that the driver refused to make my delivery. I accepted that information and promptly cancelled my sofa order and requested a full refund. Business lost!
