I bought a full house furniture from Bob's. I purchase a goof proof for the furniture. The sofa and love seat I purchased is chipping. I called and sent photos.. They gave me a credit for the sofa. When I told them that the love seat is doing the same thing they declined my claim!! I went to the store they discontinued the set. So they expect ne to buy a different set which doesn't match!!! I'm so disappointed. I spoke to the goof proof office manager, he refused to even listen to me he told me he cant do anything to help me!!
This is what you get when you buy furniture from them!!! Never again. I spent almost $6000 and this is what I get!!!

Mattress no longer has 4 square corners. The foam appears to have shrunk at the corners making it nearly impossible to keep a fitted sheet on it overnight. I would like a new queen sized Bob o pedic delivered to my house.
