I call Bob's customer service because my sofas has feathers coming out and it hit or pinch my back anytime me or my wife seat or lay on the sofas.
A technician came to my house and inspect and took pictures. Also we moved my sofa and we found LOT feathers inside the sofa and behind the sofa, back side. The technician was surprised and told me he will make his report, BUT it was a lie.
Next day I call the customer service to ask about the report and what's next, and th agent told me that the report said: the sofas are in good condition.
WHAT ? WHATS GOING ON?
this is my situation and I'm very unhappy about this. Bob's furniture customer service lie to me, wont help me about this problem and only said: the report said : everything is ok.
