Worst experience in my life having to deal with people from Bob's furniture located in Skokie Illinois, and I will sue them for their unprofessional and impolite attitude. Anyway, I bought a furniture set sofa and loveseat and also dining room table with chairs. We wait for delivery and then they didn't show up called me later and tell me they can't find their way. Then, they rescheduled and delivered my furniture next week but no chairs and loveseat is damaged.i call and scheduled a tech to come over and try to fix it but he can't so he told me to call again service and schedule delivery for damaged peace. I tried calling but no answer then went to store directly so they're finally schedule it but they show up with wrong piece. I forget to mention that my chairs are still not delivered to me. So I decided to go again in the store to try to get answers about but from the person in the office to the manager all of them are trying not to make any decisions to make some sense, and all of them are so rude and impolite and unprofessional and my only way to resolve this matter is to put them on cort. I MAKE SURE THEY DON'T GET AWAY WITH IT. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I BUY SOMETHING FROM THAT STORE 😠😠😠 SPENDING 5 G FOR NOTHING.I SPEND ONE MORE TO MAKE THEM PAY ON CORT FOR ALL LIE'S THEY'RE TALKING TO CUSTOMERS.
