I have just checked my bank statement to find out that these people have taken out £69.00 from my account with my consent. I had ordered a bottle of free trial weight loss tablets at half price postage charge. I was also surprised that at the end of that transaction the charges where in full amount not half price as mentioned on the advert. THESE PEOPLE SCUMMERS

i ordered 2 bottles of tablets for weight loss which one was £5.95 the other £2.95 as it was a free trail goe in my bank today they had taken £69 out of my acoount twice in 1 month which i didnt order anything else only these 2 bottles anything we can do about this £138 took out for nothing not very happy surely someone can do something to stop these robbers

I also found £69 taken from my account and also found unable to access the website
spoke to my bank who have stopped this company taking out further payments but will continue to monitor account and if payments do go out they will gat them refunded.Will not be sending for any more trial offers From anyone

I ordered a free trial at the price of $4.95, received the product, love the product. I called the company and spoke to a man named Jordan. He offered me the two weeks supply for $30.00 a month, so i would pay $60.00 a month. The "REVIVAGENIX" is a good product, but not in my budget. The free trial was placed in April. On June 4th my account was charged $92.95. I called and spoke to Jordan again, but this time he said I was charged because I did not say,"I don't like the product". My retort," I like the product but not at that price and I was not expecting to be charged $92.95 just because I didn't say, I don't like the product". What a confusing conversation! Jordan told me,"I will refund $47.00 within 2/3 days, but it could take up to 5/7 days." Well, to dispute this charge, I have to make it within 5 days. I don't think I will be seeing that $47.00 and truly I believe I should be refunded the entire $92.95. I did not place an order, just the free trial. I will write to give my status on that refund. As the saying goes,"I am not holding my breath"! I did not receive a refund or cancellation number. Jordan hung up before I could ask for that information!

Not happy in Ohio!

I am yet another misled "customer" of this sham company...I saw the products advertised on Facebook, and were supposed to have been trialled by a British newspaper...I was fooled by it too, and have had £69 taken from my account, plus postage, for two bottles of capsules. the website cannot be found under the name on the account, so I will have to go into my bank and stop any further payments being taken. Something must be done about this fake company.
