He is not paying any overtime after the 44 hour week. We usually work alot of overtime depending on work load. we are in the oil patch field work. We haul oil from one location to another oil battery. Would really like this checked into we are working hard and not getting payed what we are owed.

When's the last working day you had there Jason? As in we do u have a mouse in your pocket? There are classier ways to address? Hopefully you never had a wreck working on the job either and caused repairable damage in the thousands of dollar range? It takes one idiot to make everyone else look bad! Just sayin!

This is what people normally do months after leaving a job and are out of work, they dream up stuff to try and get a few dollars til there next cake walk! Meanwhile we hard working people will continue paying for the sorry asses while they sit on welfare dreaming up every employer that may have done them wrong so they can get a few easy dollars! I'm sure your local senior centre would hire you to sit and play cards? Seems about your style and speed? Classy act ! No problems with the complaints board, just some truth would help!
