Reauthorize my booth on 24 nov. 2021 i did and still bonanza sayed i did not this is bad

please check i did on 24 nov.2021 and i got message it was done well

message from bonanza was :

reauthorize your account by December 3, 2021 in order to continue selling on Bonanza.

and i did all well :

and still i get message i did not do even i did and got message back updated successfully.
