Walmart money card CS reps give out your personal banking info to strangers

Walmart money card customer service reps can't speak English, don't understand English n think nothing of giving your personal banking information out again again to the very same theives that stole from you in the first place. Walmart money card reps r locates in India. One WM CS rep told me, we are in India n u can't touch us. WM CS reps give your card number n bank account to their associates to charge against your account. You never get your money back because WM CS rep at Bonneville bank aka go bank aka green dot back logic is ' the merchant charged on your account before. They charged because Walmart Customers service reps gave the thieves your banking information. To add insult to injury, you can mail in your required complaints 10 times even when you use mail tracking or priority mail trafficking Bonneville bank aka go bank aka green dot back customer service reps also located in India, despite bank having a Pasadena Ca po box address, claim they never receive you complaint letters n request for refund
Don't get or trust Walmart money card, go bank prepaid cards, green dot bank cards because their customer service reps in India r running scams stealing your money . Stay away from green dot cards

Boost mobile steals your high speed data allotment

Just spent hour writing a complaint about Boost mobile n this sight made.me sign in again losing my complaint details. Therefore, I'm not spending another hour explain n giving evidence that:
1. Boost mobile algorithms are set to steal your high speed date. The algorithms deduct high speed usage one a variable daily usage to us up allotted high speed data in 15 days or less.
2) Boost mobile customer service repa n supervisors r rude arrogant, non English speaking entities that repeat the same sentences over n over again that don't pertain to any questions asked of them.
3. Although ,I proved to boost mobile that while speaking to them 9 gigabytes of data went missing. At 909 Boost sends text that I used 30 gigabytes of data when the very same morning at aprx 10 am Boost mobile verified I used 20 gigabytes of high speed data when from july 30th to August 6 the cellphone was off, August 7 the sims card wouldn't work had to take it to store to have it fixed n then another 9 gigabytes of data went missing speaking with the stupid customer service rep n then holding an Hour for a supervisor. Again, Avery supervisors kust like the CS rep repeats the same sentences over n over again, no your wrong, my reports said u used up all you data n so on ,the tells me yo go to a boost mobile location , call disconnects. From August 8 th to August 11 I could Not access the internet period n the morning of the 12. At approximately 8 pm August 12 boost mobile stole all my high speed data allotment even when thwy knew from calling them every night I could not access the internet from July 30th to the morning of August 12. Some of that time the cellphone was off.

Steals your High speed data gigs

Boost mobile CS reps r the most ignorant, unhelpful, lying devils that don't speak English nor understand English very well. Boost mobile CS reps moto is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG, BLAME THE CUSTOMER, CALL.THE CUSTOMER A LIAR, LIE TO THE CUSTOMER AT ALL TIMES. I STARTED tracking data usage because on the same day every month no matter if you access the internet Boost mobile claims you used up all your high speed data n verifying my dad's complaints boost mobile steals the cell phones high speed data gigs.Even though, you have your cell one airplane mode all day boost mobile steals your high speed data. Boost mobile high speed data is like 3g, slow n unable to access the internet. However, your high speed data usage goes up n up in other words Boost mobile steals your allotted usage. 2 hour customer service call to boost mobile stole 9 gigabytes of my high speed data, while talking to him. Avery the boost mobile supervisor robot kept saying no it doesnt cellphone usages doesn't use high speed data. Yes its not supposed to however at 10 am same morning Boost mobile told me I used 20 gigabytes of data when from July 30th to August 6 my cell was turned off, August 7 the sim card didn't work had to take it to boost mobile store to get it fixed. Same day yesterday, Boost mobile CS rep tells me I used 20 gigabytes of high speed data, turn cell one about 8 pm watch 2 videos 14 mins each at 360 n I get a text stating I used 85% of my high speed data. I immediately call boost mobile to find out why 10 gigabytes of my high speed data went missing. The Boost mobile CS rude non English speaking rep accused me of being crazy, downloading music etc. I ask him what he shows as my high speed data usage 39 gigs. I explained to him that's proof right here n now text messages at 909 pm said I used 30 gigs of data n then 9 more gigs used up while I was talking to him. After holding another hour for a supervisor Avery again doesn't understand English no speaks English well enough n repeats the same sentences over n over again like a ruse arrogant robot, our report says u used up all your data, totally ignoring everything I told him n the fact while on the phne phone with Boost mobile 9 gigabytes of high speed data went missing. Again avery robotically repeats the same sentences over n over again n then tells me to take it to boost mobile store after I demand an explanation on how 19 gigabytes of data was uaed up watching 2 14 vids at 360 m talking to boost mobile for over 2 hours n then disconnected. Boost mobile is a scam their algorithms r set to use up your high speed data to suck more money from their customers while never allowing their customers to access the internet to use their allotted high speed data.

refund policy for item bought at store

I bought a speaker set with dancing waters for a birthday gift. my son didn't want them so I took them back to store. They had not been opened but the clerk said I had to pay a restocking fee of $25.00. I told him he didn't tell me that when he sold me them. Then he said ok I'll only charge you $10.00. I told him no I would just keep them. When I tried to use them they didn't work, so I took them back again. This time I got a different sales person. He tested them and they didn't work for him either. So he told me he would have to charge me a $15.00 dollar restock fee. He then called the other guy and put me on the phone. I told him he had told me $10.00. They finnaly gave me back my $38.98 minus the $10.00. I was very upset so I stopped at a different Boost store and told them the story and they said that their store does not charge for returns especially if the product doesn't work. So my statement is that the Boost store in Lakeside Calif. on Wintergardens blve is ripping people off big time so don't buy anything from that store, it's the one right behind the Arco station. I am also sending a letter to the BBB about that store

poor customer service

Have a friend who has boost. He bought a 4g phone for $300. lasted about 3 weeks. He had to send it out that was 3 weeks ago got it back boost told him they had to send some code or whatever to Japan???? so it would take another 3-5 days. well that was about 2 weeks ago. they contacted him today and the "code" is not working and Boost doesn't understand why. Thank Christ I have AT&T. I may pay more but their customer service is awesome! I was considering going to Boost to save money but I guess the old cliche you get what you pay for holds true as far as Boost goes. All I see out there are nothing but complaints and when your customer service rep can't resolve your problem? Thinkin you need to spend a little bit more money on your cell service. Just saying.

Not honoring refund policy

I bought a used cell phone for my daughter for her birthday at boost mobile at West El Camino ave yesterday July 31, 2011. Today is August 1, 2011. After having problems charging it we decided to take it back before the 72 hrs.The clerk by the name of Manuel told me upon purchase that I had 72hrs to return it if I was not pleased with the phone. The phone gave problems to charge and I decided to return it in less than 72 hrs. This is actually less than 24 hrs. Because it was purchased on July 31, 2011 about 4:49 and today at 3:45 they wouldn't not take the phone back.

Now they don't want to honor my return. Technically is less than 72 hrs. I couldn't speak to the manager. The number on their business card is 916-648-8463 and it is disconnected. The clerk spoke to the manager and he finally gave me a number. I still didn't get a response from the messages I left. It constantly goes to the voicemail without a return call. I need your help in getting my money back for the phone. They did not honor what they proposed policy is. Also, the same phone brands new on line cost the same as the used one. Please help me with this rip off. They have to learn a lesson for lying to the consumer and not keeping their part of the bargain, Thank You.
