Boost useless Customers Care Team

Dear All,
Refer to my earlier published concerns in regards to my ugly experience with Boost Mobiles which is using Telstra Lines and coverage in my area is so bad. I am very sorry that I forgot to include in my previous story that complaint Department of Boost is useless, Hopeless and waste of the space. I suspect it is in Manila. I have sent so many e mails to the Complaint Manager of the boost mobiles but incompetent Manager did not cared to response to my e mails which indicates to me either team does not exist or they are just lazy and useless. I have nothing against any race or nationality but am not reluctant to say that dealing with Boost Customer care team is waste of time. I also note that it is so difficult to get through to a Supervisor of the Boost customers Care Team. every single time I have experienced that an agent will put me on hold for least ten minutes often I have stayed on Hold longer than 25 minutes, agent has put me on hold for so long and did not even cared to come back to say world for so long which is outrageous. I pay for the services which are at least of the reasonable standard but my experience confirms that Boost Customer care team service is well below Zero. on 6-05-2014 I spoke with Boost Customer Care Team agent in Philippine whose name was Lester and was shocked to hear from him telling me go some where else. I am very sorry to say that in my opinion Boost Customer Care team in manila is factory which produces mental illness and the Complaint manager is even worse

I today finally spoke with a wonderful Man who is a member of the Boost mobiles team in Melbourne whose name is Mr John McClure. This young man was so wonderful, willing and happy to listen and help so John Big Thanks matie. I strongly believe that Boost need Peoples like John. I encourage all those who has problem with Boost Customer care team in manila so we can name and shame them which may will put Senior managers in a position to take appropriate action. I strongly believe that Boost should bring their customer care team back in Australia so we can communicate with them effectively ad get results.
Call Centre in Manila has given me so much trouble that is not acceptable. reason why I am sharing this with Dear all is that I do not want others to go through what am going through. no one should accept Boost Call Centre in Manila staff Behaviour. I invite those who are unhappy with Boost to message me on Complaint Board so we can start a class action to name and shame Boost customer Care Team in Manila. I like to know more about Boost Complaint Department if they have Complaint manager may I ask why He/ she does not respond what he/she is getting paid for. As I never received a response to my e mails so I believe that Either complaint Department is fake or the Manager is lazy, incompetent and useless so that person be immediately sacked and shamed on him/her.
I am waiting for a response from Boost which surely will also be published in here. I am seeking full investigations and an appropriate action and satisfactory response in writing immediately so I can publish that on line which is my democratic right. I am also planning to protest out side Boost office any one want to join please message me in here.

Poor Customers Service

Re : Boost Mobile Call Centre in Philippine.
As we all know the problems Call centres in Manila are creating for the customers. I am today going to High light and address the issues I have encountered when dealing with Boost Customers Care Team in Manila. I am not reluctant nor shy to say that these Customers Service team Members are not only useless but very hopeless too.
Initially I thought that Boost customer Care team is outstanding but soon I realised I was very wrong. These are few of the things happened.

A: When I have called Boost customer Care team in manila in regards to my coverage issue I been told lies and made false promises. Like number of times I been told that I will get a antena to Boost up the coverage recently was told I will definitely get an antenna and was promised a call back, There was no call back when I called back I was very disappointed to note that Previous agent who assured that I will get an antenna has left no notes on file, Same happened prior to that same happened when I spoke with Tobbie from the Telstra Customers Relation Team I was told that I have been given misleading informations which was outrageous.
another issue I have noted some of the agents are very aggressive and most of them when you talk they go houn houn like they are sitting in a lounge rom or talking with a very close buddy, I feel this is so rude.
I understand Boost Mobiles are using Philippino staff to run their call centre just to minimise their Cost not realising how much suffering Customers goes through. I remind all that boost mobiles are using Telstra lines and no doubt call centre in Manila will bring a lot of Shame for boost and Telstra if issues are not properly addressed. I got sick and tired and finally decided to go with another Mobile carrier. I encourage all the boost unhappy customers to come forward, We want to deal with our peoples who are more polite, caring and professionals
