I foolishly found this company when searching for otc hearing aids. They offered a pair for $86 but I could get 15% off but then I upgraded then for $60 and paid for expedited shipping. From that point on they bombarded me with add expidited shipping, get 15%off and all kinds of other advertisements in my email. I kept checking the site and my order had not been sent out and it was 10 days. I emailed them and said cancel the order and refund my money and of course my order went out that day. They told me to refuse the shipment, so I did now it's on its way back to the company. Hopefully they do not get me the run around about a refund because the BBB has many complaints on that and they give Bossa Hearing an F rating. I have already contacted my credit card company to ask about what I could do. It would just be nice if they did what they said and I didn't have to be hastled with all this back and forth.
