Doesn't pay subcontractors

Built by Barbee contracted us (Lighthouse Electric of Charlotte) to wire/install electrical at a home in Charlotte, NC. The balance of $3,675.00 is still unpaid to Lighthouse Electric of Charlotte. We have made many phone calls in asking for payment to no avail. Beware as he doesn't make good on payment.
