I am today wrtitting about the staff and Management at Bunnings hardware in Minchinbury. I have been going to this store what I can remember is since its opening. my visits has revealed that hardly you will find some one on the floor to serve their customers. I have on number of occasions recently has waited long time for a customers service representative, No one came to help so Hell it I have to leave the store. I am not reluctant nor shy to state that the Store manager at this store is not only lazy but also incompetent. I suspect that staff somewhere at the back in the staff room spend most time in chatting rather than serving their customers. store manager is well aware of this situation but week, Lazy and incompetent to take appropriate action. I wonder why senior management does not take any action against this useless and hopeless Manager. I hope after reading this bunnings senior Management will take appropriate action.
