Missing coins

Tapjoy offer was buy a product from Gillette and receive 1,045,635 coins. I made the purchase and 24 hours later when the coins were to be awarded Tapjoy says that I had not comoleted the offer. I have a confirmation email from Gillette proving that I did. Still no coins.
