I ordered the Celebrity Styler over the phone following a commercial for the product. I was charged $59.99 for a product that was advertised for $39.99. I received several postcards stating that the product was currently out of stock and did I want to wait. I responded each time with a "yes, I still wanted the product". After nine months, I contact the company and said I wanted to cancel the order. I immediately received the product at the inflated price. I was told that I was charged the correct price and that it would cost me to return the product.

The product is not want I anticipated and want a full refund, $59.99.

Please give me the details for return of the above mentioned item.
