Dashboard oil, shinning and sticky

Dear toyota,

My car, Camry year 2011 was having problem with sticky, melting and shinning dashboard. It was a dangerous to drive especially during night time.

I spent RM155k to buy this car but end up with dashboard defect and I feel very disappointed.

Appreciate if the toyota malaysia is able to replace it for FREE due to dashboard defect issue.
