Canadian Automobile Association is a very NEGATIVE & WORSE home insurance people I called last week. The male broker was rude, impatitent & short-temper. Then he said the quote would be emailed to me, nothing when I checked last Saturday. I called them this morning after 8am, after the annoying verifying interragation process, a female said she would email me the quote again. I checked this morning & just now, still NOTHING!! I do not have the luxuary of having home internet & has to walk 1 hour to use a very time restrictive public pc to access this quote. I called & requested a call back. A female calledv back around 11 am, hang up on me after I explained briefly to her that 2 times I failed getting this email quatation from them. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUBSTANDARD CUSTOMWER SERVICE, VERY NEGATIVE PHONE EXPERIENCE AND YOUR TOTAL FAILURE TO PERFORM SUCH A STRAIGHT FORWARD AND SIMPLE TASK AS TO EMAILING OUT AN INSURANCE QUOTE
