received 4 canvas photos, not happy because they didn't bring photo to end of frame,. Photos were sent from i phone and when submitted like in past they have an arrow, trash can , name done on top of photo and bottom. The picture should have been cropped to border not cropping the writing and other items as part of photo. My 3 grand kids came out great if cropped to end of frame eliminating white border with writing, my son who is a nycpd officer photo was blurry and can resend that photo if needed

this is my 3rd order with you and love product, however this order was not like others,,,, photos were sent from iphone picture and when cropped to size of frame they kept the border from i phone ( arrow, name, trash can back ect ) on picture making it look unacceptable,,The picture itself should have been cropped to end of frame cutting out all writing and just utilizing the photo like they did in past order. I ordered this because a friend of mine said they were great & she got hers. My credit card was charged & I paid the bill & received nothing then I researched them far too late & learned many many others like me they took their money & received nothing & they will not answer your emails or their telephone once they rip you off.
