Credit card charges after the fact, without explaination
I hired a car from Hertz in August 2017 at the Bari airport and paid it in full, with no issues identified when we returned the car. However, Dec.2017 I was charged 30.50 Eur. on my credit card, and another charge just came in Jan 4, 2018 for the same amount., with no explanation from Hertz about this charges, this is happening 5 months after I returned the car.
I would like an explanation for these charges with clear details and documentation to show me that they are real, otherwise I ask that you return my money.
Based on this incident, I will never rent a car from Hertz again, and will make sure to let all the people that I know about the scam and how this company operates.
