I was thrilled when I was approved for a CareCredit card. I used it twice for my pets. My complaint is that CareCredit appears to punish you for early payments. I know with financing that you want to pay more than the minimum even if only a little. My account says I have a 25.00 dollar minimum payment due. I was only able to pay 26.51 but this is for the payment that is NOT DUE until the middle of August . They took the payment but still state in red letters that 25.00 is still due in Aug. I have 35.00 set aside for my September payment but NOT if I have to make a SECOND August payment first. I don’t understand how paying early is apparently punished.
