Refuses to remind customer

This company is stealing money from people as a third party car rental booking company. After numerous emails sent to them they are still not budging on refunding me for a car rental I booked the same afternoon as I cancelled at the airport counter.
This company is stealing money and I am certain I am not the only person affected by their slick sales.
