Wrong Belt with Tension

I purchases an AC/Delco belt and tensioner kit one of the best on the market, but the the belt came in as a cheap one and the vehicle the belt is for was a 2006 Honda Civic 1.8L Delux model. The belt with the A/C Delco kit was for a Toyota Rav4. I did have a mechanic do the work as it was very reasonable compared to other repair jobs that I always do myself, but when he got to the belt he said what the heck. Contacting CarID they wanted photographs and a lot of information. They do have the word of an ASE certified mechanic he took it out of the box at the shop in the box which was sealed probably by CarID themselves who just tried to pass it off. I submitted 5 photographs of the wrong and right belt, had to overnight the right belt and get one that is of some quality and guaranteed for 200,000 miles instead of the one they sent for the Rav4 which is for 60,000 miles. CarID him questioned the refund amount I said $14.00 of the 69.00 for the kit. The part lists for 14.00 so that is fair. What is to think of here folks you sold the wrong part you take it back and give the customer a refund. It is not your choice. I have deadlines and can not order from hundreds of miles away and keep a car in the garage for weeks with other cars to work on or I would go out of business.

But I do not know what to do Do you give them pictures for Passport and Visa
Please tell me what u doin... cuze i ill o the same...

This company charged my credit card for an order of floor mats, gave me an estimated shipping date, then e-mailed me and called me and left messages asking for faxes or e-mailed images of a government ID (license or military ID) and an image of the credit card I'm using. Not a chance in Hades!
I called them to cancel the order and they tried to proceed with the conversation about why they do that - I didn't even entertain a conversation. I will not do business with a firm that charges my card first, then asks me for permission to do so to cover their own tails. Everyone else on line used secure sites for the Web-based ordering of their products and collects your credit card security number - and I've never had any issues with anyone else on-line (e.g., Amazon, EBay, many booksellers, etc.).
