Customer service was worse than anywhere I've been to in decades. We dine at this preferred carls jr on Hastings because usually the food is great and service is friendly. Whoaaa, not this time. On Nov.21st my husband and I went into the restaurant and ordered ò dinners for our family. I ordered and right away I notice the guy on the drive thru is so very rude to the woman talking counter orders. He even said to her "yes I know, I heard u the first time". He is about to hand me my order and I explain that I'm also waiting for two more spicy chicken sandwiches that I had added to my order, and could he please set my order by the heat light while I wait my order to finish, and he glared at me so bad mumbled a snide comments under his breath and proceeded to the grill area. In the meantime the young girl also on drive thru is starting to get loud with the older lady working the counter orders. Saying this that were very mean and had no regards to customers seeing this ugly attitude. The biggest disappointment was trying to eat the burgers. We always choose Carl's jr because of the charbroiled taste. Well not one of these had charbroiled flavor at all. And this is something we noticed happens only with night shift. We will not be back to this Carl's jr anytime soon especially while the nightshift is in charge! I unbelievably waited for those two crispy chickens for 20 minutes longer than the original order took
