item stuck since 4th until now（11th）

STUCK AT CONSIGNMENT DISPATCH OUt from TRANSIT OFFICE
Good morning sir

Regarding my parcel, it has been stuck at consignment dispatched out from transit office for 6 days now. And the parcel was expected to arrive at me today however since it stuck , it cannot arrive on time . I dont hve much time since Raya just around the corner . So i would very appreciate if you could check for my tracking number and do somthing about it as you promised
