Charging for subcription

this company is trying to bully me into paying for a subscription i don't want or even receive we were receiving a trial when he called and confirmed billing information, they conveniently leave out the beginning of the recording which states IF i want to continue the trial i can pay, the trial stopped, i didn't pay i don't receive the magazine what's the problem here?
