I was notified this morning of a pending arrest by a james williamsattorneyacsdept.@outlook.com with your letterhead saying I owed almost $8000 from a payday loan I received. My checking account number they used has only been active a couple months. There was never a loan on this account. The man on the bottom of your letterhead notice is a michael brown. When contacted he never heard of me. Am I going to jail
