Outgoing server problem

Complain # 69478904

We have an outgoing server issue since more than two weeks and no one professionally answer or give any solution

From two weeks or more when we send mails it bounce back with error # 421 & Error # 550 it is not solved till now and CS reply is completely our of professionality

I need a date to solve my problem

I have problem for more than 2 week in outgoing mails. It always returns back
Error # 421 & 550

Tedata do not give any information or any reply or any approximate time to solve the problem and even the CS reply is very un professional for a technical issue

This problem cause us a severe problems
