The wet charge my card account irregally an amount of money

The wet site CCBILLEU.Com 'WETANDPUFFY' +1 takes away from my bank account a sum o HK$235.87irregally each moth at least 4 or 5 months ago.. I had email the site requesting them to stop drawing money from bank account as I has no transaction with them. But they continue to charge my account as usual and did not give me an explanation.
