Actually the class was for 1 hr 10 mins. and we need to charge for English class also which was for 1 hr. 6 USD for PTE and 9 USD for English Class in total 15 USD for the classes. Balance 5 USD has been charged for transaction charges, which has been charged from the payment gateway.



Hence in total its 20 USD, but what we can do in your case is we will deduct 15 USD and will transfer balance 125 USD to your paypal account.

Lecture not teach any think and she only talk first 30 minuets.
My course $140 for 24 Hr and first 30 minutes cost is $5.83 (140/24=5.83) .

Hi Ajay,

I joined the PTE Course,during my first 30 minuets in online lecture Ms.Amsa told me she can not do the class because my english knowledge is not good. Because of that i requested the payment refund but you told me there is no process for a payment refund. After that you suggested an english course an i also agreed to it.

On the first day of English class Ms.Amsa started telling me the same thing she told me during my pte class and she refused to continue the class.I was very disappointed about how she spoke to me, with out encouraging a week student like me she simply refused to teach me.

This is why i requested the payment refund.Therefor please process the refund($140) as soon as possible.
