Unauthorized hard inquire

This is not the kind of inquiries I would like me or anyone else to see on my credit report. I did not apply for what ever this inquirie was for.

Credit score reduced due to false request of credit

Credit Karma reported current credit score which was 80+ points lower than a month before. Research proved PayPal requested credit inquiry without request from myself. I have never applied for a PayPal credit card or Bill me later. I have had a PayPal account for over 10 years and this has never happened. I am requesting instructions on how to remove and repair the damage caused by PayPal.
